Dispatch Times
At this moment in time, we dispatch to Scotland, England & Wales, the EU and the USA.
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day. After 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day. If an order is placed after 3pm on a Friday the order will be dispatched on the Monday.

UK - Delivery Services
The Delivery Services below are subject to the dispatch times detailed above.
For instance, if you place an order at 10pm on a Tuesday, it will be dispatched on the next working day and the delivery timescales below will then apply.
Small Order Delivery
Any orders comprising of up to four bearings will be charged £2.80 for Standard Delivery Royal Mail Tracked 48 instead of £3.80.
Tracked 48 - Delivery Aim within 2 days (Not Guaranteed)
Orders under £75 will be charged at flat rate delivery cost of £3.80.
Tracked 24 - Delivery Aim is Next Day (Not Guaranteed)
Orders under £75 will be charged at flat rate delivery cost of £4.80.
All orders over £75 will receive free Tracked 24 postage.

We ship to EU and US countries via Royal Mail International Tracked
Delivery Times
- Dispatch: Same day if ordered before 3pm (Mon-Fri)
- Delivery: 5-10 working days from dispatch
- Tracking: Full tracking provided for all EU orders

IMPORTANT: VAT (EU) & CUSTOMS CHARGES/STATE SALES TAX (USA)
**You are responsible for paying import VAT (EU) and any customs duties and charges/state sales tax (USA) when your order arrives in your country.**
What You'll Pay:

**At delivery:** Import VAT (EU) and fees charged by your local customs authority
VAT Rates by Country:
Your local customs will charge VAT(EU) based on your country's rate. In the USA, there may be State Sales Tax added as well as handling fees. Orders under $800 being delivered to the USA are likely to clear customs duty-free; however, this is dependent on the state and this may change frequently due to de-minimis uncertainty.
How It Works:
1. You place your order and pay us
2. We dispatch your order with customs declaration
3. Your parcel arrives in your country
4. Your postal service/customs contacts you for VAT (EU) payment and customs fees/ sales tax (USA) and handling
5. You pay the charges required
6. Your parcel is delivered
We cannot collect VAT(EU) or other charges on your behalf
Customs Documentation
We complete all required customs paperwork. You don't need to do anything except pay the VAT (EU) and other customs fees when requested.
Customs Delays
Occasionally, customs processing can add 2-5 days to delivery time.
This is outside our control. Your tracking will show when your parcel
is held at customs.
Returns from EU/USA
If you need to return an item:
- You're responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend tracked shipping
- 14-day return window from delivery date
- Refund issued once item received and inspected
We cannot refund customs charges or import VAT you've paid.
Refused deliveries
If you refuse delivery or fail to pay any applicable import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees, you will remain responsible for:
• The original shipping charges
• Any return postage or carrier fees incurred
These costs will be deducted from any refund due.
If the goods are not returned to us by the carrier or customs authorities, no refund will be issued. This is because we are unable to recover the goods or claim compensation from the delivery provider. In some cases, items may be destroyed due to non-payment of customs charges or refusal of delivery.
If the return fee exceeds the amount of the order (plus shipping costs), the package will be abandoned and you won't be refunded.
